15 августа 2013 года решением Регистра Предприятий Латвийской Республики здесь начала свою деятельность новая общественная организация – Латвийское общество Друзей Ирана “Барадаран-наме”. Об истории создания общества и некоторых его традициях мы уже рассказывали.

Здесь – о нашей новой традиции, введённой 15 августа 2018 года, в пятую годовщину создания общества “Барадаран-наме”.
В этот день в столице Латвии городе Риге, на фасаде здания по адресу улица Академика Мстислава Келдыша 9, где размещается общество “Барадаран-наме”, были вывешаны два государственных флага: Латвийской Республики и Исламской Республики Иран.
Порядок использования государственного флага Латвии и флагов других государств у нас регламентируют отдельный закон и соответствующие Правила Кабинета министров. В соответствии с ними, по решению Правления “Барадаран-наме” флаги ЛР и ИРИ мы будем вывешивать по государственным праздникам обоих государств и иным знаменательным датам.

Например, совсем скоро, 18 ноября 2018 года важнейший праздник многонационального народа Латвии — День провозглашения Латвийской Республики, которой исполнится ровно 100 лет.
А 11 февраля 2019 года великий праздник придёт на древнюю землю Ирана. В этот день, 40 лет назад, его героический народ под руководством посланного Всевышним Народного вождя имама Хомейни одержал победу в Исламской революции. Теперь Национальный день Исламской Республики Иран будет праздником и в Латвии.

Несколько слов о порядке использования флагов в Латвии.
Государственный флаг ЛР имеет соотношение ширины и длины 1:2 ( В ИРИ 4:7).
Флаг вывешивается до 9:00 утра и снимается после 21:00, вечером.
Древко флага должно быть белого цвета.
Слева, первым, вывешивается флаг ЛР, затем флаг другого государства.
Государственный флаг ЛР и иных государств может использоваться на народных, религиозных, семейных праздниках и в памятные дни при должном к ним уважении.

And on February 11, 2019, a great holiday will come to the rest of Iran. On this day, 40 years ago, his heroic people, under the leadership of Imam Khomeini, who was sent by the Highest National Leader, won the Islamic revolution. Now the National Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be a holiday in Latvia.

A few words about the use of flags in Latvia.
The national flag of the Republic of Lithuania has a ratio of width and length 1: 2 (in IRI 4: 7).
The flag is hung up to 9:00 am and is removed after 21:00 in the evening.
The flagpole must be white.
